We provide BIM services across the project disciplines, producing and federating architectural, structural and MEP models into a single coordinated environment, with clash detection run through design development so conflicts are resolved digitally, before they reach the programme. Our particular depth is where models meet manufacturing: structure, Rebar, and the data that flows from the coordinated model into fabrication.
Execution-Grade Models
We deliver LOD 400 as standard and LOD 500 where operations-grade, as-built data is required, working across Revit, Tekla, Trimble Connect and BIM 360. Rebar is modelled in 3D in Revit and Tekla, detailed and scheduled in SteelPac RCD, and connected to Rebar Cloud, so the coordinated model and the fabrication data are never out of step.
Information Management & The Golden Thread
Models are information-managed to ISO 19650 and structured for digital twin integration. On UK projects the same data discipline supports Building Safety Act and golden-thread obligations: model-derived records, as-builts and asset data that stand up to audit.
Connected to the Platform
Model data flows onward through the Digital Construction Cloud, one digital thread from design intent through fabrication and logistics to digital handover. Our customers deal with our in-country design managers and they liaise and manage our off-shore teams to ensure the Client needs are exactly met every time.
